Jeroen is broadly educated at the master’s level in technical business administration, logistics, finance and control, strategy implementation, and team coaching. Prior to Flow+, he spent 15 years as an entrepreneur and managing partner at Pondres, a marketing and communications company. Jeroen has served as CEO, CFO, board member, and other management positions in logistics, marketing, and product management in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large companies. In 2018, Jeroen founded Flow+.

An experienced entrepreneur, Frank Cuijpers makes a valuable contribution to the development of meaningful companies. Using his calm presence, knowledge of brand-driven entrepreneurship and organizational DNA, as well as a highly relevant network, he cultivates positive development for both entrepreneurs and businesses.

Frank is trained in general management, business economics, and law, with a specialization in sustainable entrepreneurship (CSR), in combination with NLP. In addition to his role at Flow+, he is active as a strategic partner at a branding agency and is the founder of BIC Institute. Frank has been the lead figure and co-founder of various ventures, and a pioneering innovator. He has been active with small and medium enterprises from early in his career.

Flow+ Onno Smit

How can your company become more future-proof, and how do you explore your own future as an entrepreneur? Onno Smit draws upon his extensive background in sustainability, business development, and coaching as well as his yacht master experience to provide the expertise, insight, and support for you and your team to achieve long-term success.

With a solid background in logistics and commercial business administration, Onno has been actively involved in product development, marketing, team management, business development, and sustainability development at various corporations, SMEs, and NGOs. With his Seeing® coaching approach, he enables people and organizations to see and evolve existing thinking and behavioral patterns. Passionate about sea and competitive sailing, he is certified as a RYA Yachtmaster. In addition to his role at Flow+, Onno founded the training agency, WhereSeaMeetsLand. This equips the organization’s leadership and teams with the knowledge, mindset, and teamwork to accelerate sustainability and climate resilience. It organizes mini-expeditions where the sea meets land, and the coastal regions of the earth.

Flow+ Niels Jansen

Niels believes in purposefully pursuing what you and your organization want to achieve. He collaborates with clients to cultivate essential individual and team insights, integrating input from customers and employees. His primary ambition is to identify motivation for accomplishing goals and, importantly, to face challenges head-on.

Niels holds qualifications in human resources, with a bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor, along with various certifications including DISC, motivators scan, and team coaching. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Niels is currently undergoing ACT training, adding another valuable tool to his skill set. Niels has been active in the role of HR advisor for more than 15 years, providing support to SME customers for issues from contracts to absenteeism, as well as longer-term HR projects. In addition to his work as an HR advisor, Niels has been a Flow + partner since March 2023. Using a goal-driven approach, Niels actively seeks to develop a sense of ownership among employees, while exploring the evolving role of the owner. This intersection often inspires cultural change.

Her professional journey includes leading large multidisciplinary teams through complex development projects, structuring LP investments, co-founding a successful SaaS marketing company serving Global 500 clients, leading a well-being company, and serving in finance, operations, and team leadership roles.

Meet Juul, an experienced professional with master’s and post-graduate degrees in human resource studies. Juul focuses on developing the optimal balance between organizational performance and employee well-being. With extensive experience in business services and a specialization in talent management, Juul has developed her skills as a coach for leaders and teams. She is also a trained and accredited senior coach practitioner/counselor (NOBCO/EMCC), bringing further insight and perspective to her practice.
